Heated Swimming Pool
Our very large pool is heated to about 26 degrees all year round, to make the perfect environment for leisurely laps or kids’ play.
Barbecue & Entertainment Area
Our barbecue cabana has undercover seating for 20, as well as outdoor seating. Stone bench tops provide the perfect food preparation area for a family feast.
Jacuzzi
Our hot tub can easily take six people. Have a good long bubbling soak in the cool of the evening or after your early morning swim.
Steam Room and Shower
Our modern sparkling white steam room works up a sweat and eases away the aches and pains. The adjacent shower facility is perfect for cooling down. The toilet here is disabled-friendly.
Full Tennis Court
Our full-sized tennis court has an all-weather surface, sheltered from the breezes by a ring of Pandanus Palms. Hire racquets from the front desk and invite your friends over for a game.
Function Room
Our air conditioned function room has a quiet lounge, a television set and tables with seating for 20. Its kitchenette includes a food preparation bench with sink, a refrigerator for your perishables and a microwave for heating those party favourites. Send dad down there to watch his football! Please book the room for gatherings.
Complimentary Undercover Parking
There is secure undercover parking at Marriner Views. Note that there is a 2030mm clearance for cars. There is one bay per unit included in the tariff, but we can sometimes arrange for an additional space. There are no parking restrictions in the street and we ask that guest cars not be parked for long periods in the visitor’s car park.
Tour Desk
Ask at the front desk for help with airport transfers, tickets to local attractions, car hire and friendly local advice.
On Site Manager
As we are a self-contained unit complex, we do not have a 24 hour front desk. Our office does not open all day on weekends and public holidays. However the managers live on site and are always contactable, as posted at the front desk.
Library
There is a small library of re-circulated books in the Function Room, which guests are welcome to use. Just borrow a book, or leave one and take one.
Hire Equipment
Tennis racquets, boogie boards and pool noodles are available for hire. Pool towels can be provided for a small charge. Cots, baby bath and high chair can be provided for a fee if requested.
Car Wash Bay
Tidy up the car after your trip to the coast, or prepare it for the journey home. The dedicated wash bay has a hose and power points. You supply the elbow grease!
Late Check Out
Check out is 10.00 am. Late check out can be requested, preferably on the day prior to departure. An hourly rate applies to the late check out.
Free Internet
Free WiFi is available in the units. The complimentary data allowance is sufficient to send and receive emails for the average user and to browse the web. It is not sufficient for a heavy workload or long video streaming sessions. Charges apply for usage over the complementary data allowance. Contact the office to have this set up.
